I am a classically trained, professional vocalist interested in paid session, live or touring work as a lead or back-up singer. Most people classify my voice as bluesy/soulful, but I am very versatile and the styles I am currently singing are rock, funk, cabaret and soul.
I am technically an alto, can comfortably belt an Eb, but can get up to an F if it happens quickly! I have been playing guitar for almost a year, random percussion (tamborine, conga, cow bell sorta stuff) throughout my whole career, and am learning the harmonica now. I have been told I am pretty musical and can pick up complex rhythmic and melodic ideas fairly quickly.
I have over five years of international and domestic touring experience singing leads for Blue Man Group's "Megastar" arena rock show, and backing vocals for Fischerspooner, as well as numerous years of session and various live singing work in NYC.
I am hard working and drama free. I play well with others and pick up ideas quickly. Most importantly, I love what I do and have a lot of fun performing.
