Amelia Burns is 16 years old and has been performing on stage since the age of 4 in Dance. Amelia has also sung since the age of 5, but when she was 7 her elder sister, Jessica (who is a singer), taught her many songs from Les Miserable and taught her the basics of singing. Amelia & Jessica sung songs all the time together! Now in High School, Amelia is in her 3rd year of singing lessons. She performs constantly, as a solo singer, at a lot of events through school. Acting wise, Amelia did small acting principle roles through out Primary School. When she got to High School, she took Speech & Drama lessons. And is now taking Drama classes in School. Amelia has also done 4 drama exams. She has also participated in many amateur musicals and has featured as a solo singer and has also been offered the lead role of 'Anne' in the musical 'Anne of Green Gables'. Amelia is willing to do any type of acting or singing roles and would give it her all!

Amelia has played many lead acting roles in small plays all throughout primary school and once she entered high school she took Speech & Drama classes and performed at end of year concert. Amelia is in year 10 and is now in her 2nd year of Elective Drama classes in school. She says that she has learnt a lot doing drama elective as she learns a multiple of different techniques within her class. She has did 4 exams and is now about to complete her 5th, and also countless performances throughout 2010 for Drama and was also in the selected group performance of 4 people selected to perform for her schools Open Day. Amelia's passion is acting and singing and would give it her all to do anything to make anyone happy. She is also really easy to get along with and is always making people laugh!
