July 2009 – December 2010: Fashionated Service - Assistant Manager
In this experience i have learnt to take picture of people, which is the most difficult object i have experienced. While was easy to take images for monuments and houses, or places, it was very hard doing wit human bodies. You must underlines beautiful caracters and hide whatever it's not so nice.
November 2007 - January 2009: Photostudio Biasini - Rome - Assistant Manager
During this experience i mainly assisted my manager. We were used to go to Weddings and takes wedding pictures, making them professional and elaborating them for providing custome's satufaction.
This experience, done during weekends, taught me how to organise myself, with a strong discipline and recognize the importance of time keeping. Wedding doesn't wait!
June 2006 - October 2007: Studio Portrait - Rome - Assistant manager
During this experience i consolidate my skills. We were located in one of the main square in Rome and we were used to look at the amenties around us makng reportages. During this experience i have learnt t take care of all materials, making sure it was perfect for the next day. To organize the material and prepare the equipment for the next day were my main tasks together helping my manager in doing the job next day
January 2004 - December 2010 Bartender - Manager Supervisor - Hilton Hotel - Rome
Together with the jobs above i have also worked as Bartender, manager supervisor. During this experience i have learnt how to manage my team teaching them how to work together towards one goal consolidating also their previous knowledges in making cocktails, I've learnt in according with main techniques of American Mix Art. I have also show them how to make very good espresso, cappuccino, american coffee and all other hot drinks. This is one of the reason why I received lot of work opportunities to work in the famous place below. I have also understood that the best way to interact to people is treat others as you want to be treated. In addition I realised how important is the image you give to your place: a rude employee can destroy the reputation of your activity. The competition is so high outside that if you don’t look after your customer, someone else will do. Also if a customer is angry let him get all out of the chest, then talk. With this rules we were one of the best choice in the high street.
