Gemma Class Act are a live music duo featuring Gemma Johnson - Vocalist and Alan Johnson - Guitarist. They have experience in performing at various private functions throughout the UK. Gemma is an accomplished vocalist and sounds very much like the late singer, Karen Carpenter. Alan has the talents of Backing Singer and Guitarist with an ear for music which definitely shines through in his Songwriting ability. They have been rewarded for their hard work with achievements in a variety of Songwriting Competitions, as Alan has written many songs, two of which made the semi - finals in the UK Songwriting Contest, London out of around 6000 entries.
