I was also humbled to play 3 consecutive nights at the famous Alhambra Theatre in Paris last November 2010, where legends such as Houdini, Edith Piaf, Dizzy Gillespie, Duke Ellington, Quincy Jones, Stephane Grappelli, Django Reinhardt and Ella Fitzgerald once performed.

I appear in the opening scene of the film Across The Universe (Jim Sturgess, Evan Rachel Wood, Bono, Eddie Izzard) playing 'Hold Me Tight' in a band at the Cavern Club.

I've also played in a 60s British Invasion show, the band is called THE UNION JACKS. (You can see the band page on here and on Facebook).

I have my Grade 5 Music Theory, and have a fantastic ear for that's been improving every day for the last 15 years.

I play a US Fender Telecaster, Epiphone Casino, Danelectro DC '59, tons of pedals (some boutique), a Gibson J-160E acoustic, a Takamine acoustic, and a Taylor Big Baby (for my travels). Amp wise I use a 90s Vox AC30/TBX (all valve, blue celestions), and a reissue '59 Fender Bassman.

I love recording, mixing and producing too, either myself or demos for bands.

I also play harmonica, and a little bit of sitar now and again!
