After having recieved a song writing mentorship in 2001 I persued my interest in singing further and completed a degree in Performance at Norhumbria University. During this time I gained more experience and was also independently involved with a producer working on vocals over already composed tracks. I then became a vocalist and entertainer for Haven Holidays, headlining 3 different stage productions most nights of the week. In addition to this role in 2009 I became a touring vocalist for the same company, performing my own solo cabaret around the region. I then was given the opportunity to appear at the Haven National Showteam Seminar as a vocalist and was filmed professionally for DVDS which were sent out to performers across the country. I was also heavily involved with training all other performers as an on-stage guide and performed previews of the shows to the company.
I now tour the North East as a solo artist and am a singing teacher for Stagecoach Theatre Arts. I have also appeared as 'Ulla' in the musical 'The Producers' at Darlington Civic Theatre which ran in autumn 2011, and 'Alice Beane' in 'Titanic the Musical' which will run this spring.
My styles can be quite versatile, however I feel suited to pop, soft rock, funk, swing, country and musical theatre.
