Francisco Lopez was born in San Salvador, El Salvador on 15 August 1981 and grew up in the South East suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. Prior to devoting himself to acting, Francisco worked as a scientist and then as a manager in the healthcare industry, and was actively involved in community television as a presenter, executive producer and deputy board chair of Melbourne's C31. In 2011 he joined the Part Time Company at 16th Street Actors Studio in Melbourne and has since been working in theatre, TV and films. Most recently, Francisco played the lead role of Omar in two successful Melbourne season of Alan Ball's play "All That I Will Ever Be" at Chapel Off Chapel.
