adaptable to most situations..

Classically trained to grade 8, have been playing improvisational flute for some 20 years, with a 9 year marriage break! In the last 3 years, I have played regularly at Ain't Nothin but a Blues bar in London, various jazz clubs in Liverpool and with a variety of rock/ pop outfits in the Wirral. I also went to New York for a month last year, and by the end of that time had serious interest from 2 big jazz club owners and a couple of well -established house producers.

I spent 6 months last year in R&R Featuring Fluteman which was great fun, and of which there is footage on here. More recently, I have been working with We The Undersigned, an 18 piece Liverpool based reggae / funk / hip hop collective which has been an amazing learning experience. I am also a member of The Fire Beneath the Sea, a mindblowing hip hop collective from the same city. Finally, I have an acoustic band on the go called The 4.20s which goes well. Am available for session work, as I know that I am utterly dependable and will play whatever is required in a given situation.
