Creating great listings
The best way to attract applicants that match your requirements is to create detailed listings. Here are some things to consider when placing your listing on StarNow.
- Include as much information as you can about the casting call and who you are looking for.
- Request that our members reply to you with an answer to a question or include specific information when they apply. This will help you see who has read the listing.
- Send us your logo to include on your listing. Listings with logos receive more applicants than ones without.
- Make your byline exciting! It’s your job to make your listing as appealing as possible to our members.
- Include your location in the title and if you are happy for people to travel, state this in the listing.
- Offer payment. Even you can only afford a small amount or just expenses; you will be more likely to get professionals applying.
- Set the correct age range. Just so you know, our members are allowed to apply to any listing that is 5 years above or below their current age. This means if you don’t want anyone older than 30 applying you need to set the maximum age to 25.
