I'm Lauren, 24, originally from St. Albans but living in Manchester now.

I have been singing and writing songs ever since I can remember, but started producing when I was 16. I then pursued this love for music at University, and studied Commercial Music Production at Chester - I loved every minute and managed to get a 2:1 overall.

I am an able vocalist and play keyboard (by ear). I work primarily with Logic Pro 9 and have around 50 original compositions (though some of them are half finished)! I write in various different styles but I feel my forte is definitely Commercial Pop. My strength is songwriting, but my production could definitely be improved; so please do get in touch if you like my style as I'm always looking for people to collaborate with. It's who you know, after all, that gets you places in this business!

I've performed a few times, mainly at Universities, Student Unions and Bars, but really want to start gigging in and around Manchester. I'd like to get an Acoustic-Pop band together and make some sweet music. I'd like it even more if those were paid gigs, as I'm currently working a dead end 9 to 5 (at least until I write that number one I so badly want). Or failing that, a job in music which I actually want to get up for in the morning.

My proudest achievement so far is featuring on a song that was released on iTunes last year - 'Sweetest Symphony' - Dan Clare, R3WIRE, Trixie (my alias). Available to download I might add. Other than that, I've tried to get noticed by publishers to no avail, hence I need an amazing producer who may be able to take my songs to the next level. PLEASE do get in touch!

To conclude, I see myself as hard working, versatile and passionate about music, and pride myself in being reliable and dedicated to projects, I expect this in other people as well.
