Actors & Actresses with discernable talent - and Extras needed asap. Auditions are now ongoing in Glasgow west end area for this new forthcoming stage and digital screen production "A Silent Shore". It is a social realism drama dealing with the terminal stages of cancer in a man, a sombre but authentic depiction of an individual coming to terms with illness and mortality. The play develops from the perspective of this man as his life draws inexorably to a close.

The play offers elements of dark humour together with the comfort of seeing the principal character retaining his individual personality in spite of his environment. Gradually, nostalgia leads to resentment and revelation for the protagonist as his fateful day approaches.
