* IMPORTANT UPDATE *

Applicants already applied and yet to apply for this band - PLEASE NOTE the following criteria and requirements:

* Payment would be in the form of a "royalty percentage" once your co-writing/production involvement in "The AsSOULciates" songs are at a licensed or signed to a label stage;

* If like me you are already a registered 'PRS for Music' member, then you already know the drill. For those of you who are not, I strongly recommend you look into becoming a registered member, so that you can register your work/contribution to this band and reap the financial rewards ("royalty earnings") you may be entitled to or owed in the future accordingly;  

* There are no advances or session payments made to musicians in this band for any 'songwriting workshop', 'jamming', 'rehearsal' or 'studio recording' sessions;

* All band members (musicians) & including myself (as lead singer and frontman) are to EQUALLY contribute to "booking fees and production costs" for all 'songwriting workshop', 'jamming', 'rehearsal' and 'studio recording' sessions - This makes it a "fair & square / one-rule-for-all" policy for all band members of "The AsSOULciates" to encourage transparency, streamline our work processes/ethics and avoid any unwanted, unnecessary disputes or conflicts of interests;                    

Please ONLY APPLY and AGREE to join this band if you are SERIOUS, COMMITTED, LOYAL & RELIABLE and have no other commitments made and/or agreements in place with another band, lead singer/frontman, manager, label, publisher, promoter etc. This is purely to avoid any untimely disruption, dislocation and inconvenience (time & effort) to other band members/myself and having to re-list for a musician to take your place should you decide to leave;

Hi Applicants,

Prem here from ‘The AsSOULciates’ - in ref to the above subject, I'm urgently looking for any experienced, talented, competent, fervent, reliable and committed  "Keyboardist/Arranger/Songwriter/Producers" with a passion for Soul/R&B/Neo Soul/Soulful Garage/Jazz/Funk/Smooth Jazz genres - (see original ‘The AsSOULciates’ listing advertisement for more info).

Preferably an ‘Analog Synthesizer' Keyboardist (i.e. Korg Triton) with some or proficient Production skills and a seasoned Arranger/Songwriter. Someone who will essentially be the bands backbone - ‘keys arranger/conductor’ and able to engage with us at all times (i.e. so we all know what key we’re in and which one to follow) and who can practically act as the band’s MD (Musical Director) - although an MD role is not compulsory for now.

You’ll need to be familiar and adept with at least 1 or 2 (‘the more the merrier’) Analog Synthesizer Keyboards from the list below:
