Email to a friend We are looking to reward the actor that appears in the MOST number of short films within the 24 hour period The Shooting Star Award which will consist of a free one-year membership with StarNow! along with other to be determined prizes. The most number of films an actor has appeared in was 8 in 2004. Last year, we have 53 filmmaking teams competing so there is plenty of great opportunity to get yourself some film time! After you register online and pay the nominal $45 fee which includes a ticket to the Sunday screening event at the Historic Boulder Theater, you will show up at the kick-off of the event in front of the Boulder County Court House on the 1300 Block of Pearl Street by 6 PM on Friday, September 25, 2009 with copies of your headshot with phone number and a cell phone in your hand as a means for the registered producers to contact you. It is up to your to "sell" yourself to the other teams as you will not be automatically placed by the event organizers. Depending upon the pool of actors competing for the Shooting Star, we will organize some other opportunities for exposure as the time draw nears. Stay tuned!
