Wife of Gareth, age early 20’s. Pregnant, and unsure of the father. Needs to be able to separate her desire for Kenneth and loyalty to Gareth.

Females, aged 20 to 25 from New Zealand

Doris

Mother (lge. role), age late 40’s to early 50’s. Kind, but shows anger too. Likes to fluster, run the house – and let everyone know she does.

Females, aged 40 to 50 from New Zealand

Mrs Morris:

Neighbour (small cameo role), age mid 50’s to 60’s. A great gossip, little naïve. Just what you want in a neighbour

Females, aged 50 to 60 from New Zealand

Kenneth

Older brother (lge. role), age 25. Good sense of humour, bit of a joker.
Happy go lucky attitude but able to show the serious and angry side of himself.

Males, aged 20 to 30 from New Zealand

Reg:

Father, age late 40’s to early 50’s. Happy to plod along with life and let
Doris run things.

Gareth

Younger brother, and husband of Shirley (lge. role), age early 20’s. More serious. Lacks a bit of confidence. Feels inferior to his brother.

Grandad

age 70’s plus. A good drunk acting role. Also gets confused. Happy go lucky.
