This is a TV documentary about the experiences of middle aged women – from body image to finding love. We are particularly keen to speak to single women in their forties who are having the time of their life.

The clichéd image of middle aged women is not in step with the reality of many women’s experience, so in this film we want to explore the more surprising stories of real middle aged women. I’m looking for women – who far from settling down with a copy of Women’s Weekly – are going out, partying and enjoying themselves.

The programme will be made by North One Television - a BAFTA and Royal Television Society award winning production company - based in London. We specialise in intelligent, innovative and compelling documentaries and factual entertainment programmes and are part of the All3Media Group, the UK's leading TV production group.
