Bassist
I would really prefer a bassist who knows how to jam and improvise to a good degree. For instance, in the stylings of Roger waters (pink floyd), john entwistle (the who) or jack bruce (cream. These are just examples, you dont actually have to play exactly like these fine musicians. Also, you dont have to be an "expert" player, but I am looking for bassist who knows what they're doing.

Singer
I do prefer it that the bassist sings and I do backing, and sometimes lead vocals. But talented frontmen or women can apply also. Im after a singer with good intonation and a strong vocal range. But you dont have to be as good as Freddie mercury, although that would be great if you were!

Drummer
Im after a drummer who can hold beats very well, and for long periods of time. He/she should also throw in lots of cool fills aswell and should also be confident enough to have a few solos every now and again. Some drummers id like you to emulate (not copy exactly) are. Nick mason (pink floyd), ginger baker (cream) and bj wilson (procul harum).
