“The Only” is a love story, not a perfect one but one that touches the heart and gives the mind clear thoughts and has the soul question its destiny. Two people fall in love through the daily challenges of life and we see how they overcome all obstacles through pure passion. All challenges are a like including the one of death. It too can be overcome by true love. The love you give is the only love you will ever have.

We will be filming Sunday, May 13 through to Friday, May 18 in and around Brisbane. Due to scheduling conflicts, we need to recast and are seeking expressions of interest in the two lead roles, Alma & Lisa!

Auditions will be held on Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th at Newstead. Times: tba.
Rehearsals will commence on May 10th - 12th May and availability is required until the 20th.

Alma has long brown hair and brown eyes. She is a chef and an aspiring painter, that exudes the spirit of mother earth.

Lisa might have short to medium blonde hair and blue/green eyes. She is a club DJ, edgy and spontaneous.

“The Only” will premiere at the Palace Centro James Street in early June.

We would like to pay $1000 for a 10 day commitment (3 rehearsal, 6 shoot, 1
post) and include buying out distribution to film festivals globally
