To talk about their heating bills.
They MUST be British Gas customers. Their bills are set to go up by 20 per cent.

They need to know how much they used to pay for their heating bills five years ago - not exactly, just "I used to pay about £10 a month" or whatever. Plus what they currently pay, and we'll work out how much they will be paying under the rise.
