Your main role as a TV reporter will be to present the investigative story in a digestible format.
You will be given a story to investigate by the news editor, then go out to gather the material that’s needed to compile the report. When that's done, you will on occasions work with a cameraman to bring the story together.
The producer will then edit the piece with the assistance of you and the cameraman.
