Chaplains to World Champions

Lay Witnesses for Christ International is known as Chaplains to World Champions. Over the past 35 years, we have had the opportunity to minister to, and alongside, Olympic champions, world-class athletes, dynamic pastors, exciting ministry leaders, renowned coaches and so many more people who use their talents to see God glorified.

We reach out globally using the world of sports in order to positively impact others, especially youth, with the life-saving message of Christ.

LWFCI was founded 35 years ago by Dr. Sam Mings and his wife, Sharon Mings. We are a soul-winning ministry that takes the love & message of christ to athletes of all ages through outreach programs and events. We have ministered in the host cities of the past 7 Olympic Games alongside world-class athletes; planting seeds that continue to grow long after the Olympics are over. We are now planning our UK Bridging the Gap Outreach for 2012.
• Must have track record for directing, editing and producing footage to deadline with evidence of finished products
• Experience or graduate in television and film
• Must have integrity in use of film and understand laws pretaining the filming of children etc
• Must be able to work as part of a wider team

Must have own camera

This position is on voluntary basis but travel expenses and lunch will be provided during assignments. Opportunity to video athlete who will be participating in the Olympics. Editor is needed asap and our editing suite is available for use in Hackney Wick.
