Southport’s got talent commences in the town centre shortly.
Running every Wednesday night for 10 weeks the original and the best search for new talent Southport’s Got Talent will open with a bang at the Victoria Pub on the promenade on Wednesday, July the 4th at 8pm and Steve Hall – the dancing man, a previous Southport’s Got Talent contestant who made the final of Britain’s Got Talent 2011 will be there on the first night!
The show has gone from strength to strength, and seen more than 500 entrants since its inception, like Steve, many of whom have gone on to BGT, X Factor, London stage schools and to perform on cruises around the globe.
As always it’s sure to be a great competition, bigger and better than ever this year with a number of new twists to the show and at the end of it someone will go home with a first prize is again a staggering £1,000 plus the chance to perform in front of 30 thousand people at the Southport Christmas Lights in November. There are also runners up prizes to be announced shortly.
Each act making it through to the grand final will receive a free makeover and nails courtesy of MOJO’s on Duke Street in Southport- Lesley Macbain and her team will pamper the hopefuls with hair styling, nail art and image advice.
