Male Welsh/English bilingual voice actors required - Cardiff

Casting complete. Applications are now closed.

I'm a postgraduate Linguistics student and I'm researching how listeners perceive people based on their accent or language. I need bilingual voice actors from Conwy, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire or Ceredigion who can read the short script below in their natural Welsh English accent, their Welsh accent and in Standard English (like David Tennant in Dr Who or Benedict Cumberbatch in Sherlock.)

News
… and finally, you may have heard of guide dogs, but have you ever heard of a guide cat? This is Moggles, a two year-old tabby kitty who walks around her home with her partially sighted owner and steers her carefully between rooms and around furniture. Moggles' owner, Mrs Sue Clark, says that Moggles started doing this six months ago, and thinks that the cat may have been encouraged by seeing Mrs Clark walking in the garden with her guide dog, Goldie. When Moggles isn't next to Mrs Clark, she will even miaow if she is concerned. Look away now if you don't want to see extremely cute images, as we go to our local reporter…

Newyddion (Gwynedd, Conwy, Anglesey)

Ac yn olaf, efallai eich bod wedi clywed am gwn tywys, ond ydych chi erioed wedi clywed am gath dywys? Dyma Moggles, cath dwy flwydd oed sy’n cerdded o gwmpas ei chartre gyda’i pherchennog rhannol ddall ac yn llywio hi yn ofalus iawn rhwng ystafelloedd ac o amgylch y dodrefn. Mae perchennog Moggles, Mrs Sue Clark, yn dweud fod Moggles wedi dechrau gwneud hyn tua chwe mis yn ôl ac yn meddwl fod y gath wedi cael ei hannog drwy weld Mrs Clark yn cerdded yn yr ardd gyda’i chi tywys, Goldie. Pan nad ydi Moggles wrth ymyl Mrs Clark, mae hi yn hyd yn oed yn mewian os ydy hi’n bryderus. Edrychwch i ffwrdd nawr os nad ydych am i weld lluniau selog iawn, wrth i ni fynd at ein gohebydd lleol…
