Guitarist, bassist and drummer can be average musicians, but saxophonist needs to be at expert level.
No prima donnas, and no miserable swines either; it's a tribute to the Nutty Boys, not Paul Weller! Sense of humour a must, and musicians must be fully confident onstage.
