New Lifestyle show is looking for dynamic, fun couples who are looking to move from their current home, but need some design and reno help before putting it on the market.

Must be a couple (hopefully camera friendly)
Can be urban or suburban but located in the GTA (Toronto is preferable but can go to Mississauga, Scarborough etc.)

Must have just bought a new house and are about to sell their existing house. There needs to be an emotional story revolving around why they bought their new property
Must need to sell their old house for top dollar to be able to afford their new property (stakes)

Ideally live in a home that needs fixing up (good before shots)
Must have a minimum of $12,000 to put into renovations on the inside and outside of their home

Be available to shoot with us between August 27 and September 14 (The whole process is only three weeks)

Agree to put their home on the market immediately after the shoot

We will offer them the following for working with us:

They will receive a beautiful make-over on selected areas of the inside and outside of their home. For the project, the fees for our head designer, design team, landscape designer, landscaping team, and a portion of the contractor fees will be waived – a
$23,000 value.

You will also receive a minimum of $7,500 in hard cost design and/or landscaping materials. All materials negotiated at contra will be theirs to keep as well.

The make-over will be initiated, executed and completed by our design team. They will not be required to assist in the redesign in any way and in fact will not have any say over the final design.

The design team will professionally fluff the project for the shoot. Some of the furniture may have been borrowed for the purposes of the shoot, but they will be given the option to purchase these items before they are returned.
