Scene to Believe is an innovative photography company supplying the corporate and retail markets with the latest in digital photography solutions. We require full time Santa Photography Area Supervisors to manage ~8 photography studios from August 2012 – December 2012.

Salary:
$2, 000 - $2,400 fortnightly + Super and Bonuses

Job Description:
You must be available in the following capacity,
• Casual employment (August - October)
• Full-time availability - including weekends (October – 24 December)
• Casual employment (approx 2 days) to perform post-seasonal requirements

Area Supervisors will be responsible for:
» Recruitment and training of staff in your region
» Overall management of your teams throughout the season
» Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales targets
» Operation of photography equipment and provide technical support
» Regular reporting to Scene to Believe and Shopping Centre management
» Administration tasks

Applicants must possess the following:
» Impeccable customer service record
» Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
» Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
» Skills and ability to work and interact with children
» Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
» Current drivers licence and your own car (fuel allowance payable)

Experience in managing and motivating teams along with minimal photographic/retail sales experience is also preferred, however full training will be provided to suitable candidates.
