Fashion One, a new television channel launching on Sky and Freesat in the UK later this year, will celebrate the arrival into British waters by casting for a new television series: THE FASHION CORRESPONDENT SEARCH!

This 6 episode series seeks to find the on-the-ground fashion savvy personality that will host all the fashion and lifestyle events in their hometown of London. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance for someone who is not just a pretty face, but who can gain access to the best events, parties and designers in one of the most fashionable capitals of the world.

The Fashion One correspondent will have the necessary ability to interview high-end designers and names in the entertainment world, delivering top quality reports to our worldwide audience.

Fashion One London Correspondent Search will be presented by the gorgeous Antonia O’Brien (of ITV fame), and she will be joined by Norwegian designer Fam Irvoll and pop couture poster boy and fashion creative Nik Thakkar on the search for the perfect correspondent.

The show will start with a casting session, out of which eight girls will be chosen. Every week, a new brief will be handed, with challenges that demand each one of the many adjectives that should form in their entirety our perfect reporter. At the end of each challenge, two hopefuls will be eliminated. Finally, two finalists will be given the golden task to cover London Fashion Week over a two-episode finale, with catwalk reports, interviews, street style hunting and much running to and fro.

Castings will take place on the 20th August, and shooting will run thereafter until the 23rd September.
