About me:
Called a "one take wonder" by Channel 4! Enthusiastic with good sense of humour. Able to ad lib if necessary. Can provide a very photogenic dog (Bedlington Terrier) and Jaguar XJS sports car.
Acting experience

Extensive experience with leading company in St. Albans. Last appearance was in Cold Comfort Farm playing American film producer and farmhand.

Played leads in Godot (Becket), Crucible (Miller), Oh Clarence (Wodehouse) Can't Pay (Dario Fo) and Blue Remembered Hills (D. Potter). As well as Panto Dame and Old Tyme Music Hall.

In March, I enjoyed an enormously successful run in Offenbach's La Perichole with the St. Albans Chamber Opera, as a stand up comedian. "Malcolm Rose provided an excellent comic interlude ........ which added greatly to the fun of the evening" (Herts. Advertiser).

Television experience

Recently recorded a great episode of "Are You Smarter Than A 10-Year Old" for Sky. Scheduled for early 2009.

Featured extra on the last "Friday Night Project" for Channel 4.

Previously, had 5 consecutive successful auditions for BBC-TV.

Auditioned for "When Will I Be Famous" in January 2007 and invited to be a critic on pilot and live broadcast.

In June last year, I appeared in "Let Me Entertain You", as a comic.

Hugely successful appearance on "Identity" for BBC TV, with Donny Osmond. "Best contestant", "enormous energy". Broadcast BBC2 4 September 2007.

"In It To Win It", with Dale Winton transmitted on 9 February. Colour not drawn, so was not featured. Appeared in background.

1 v. 100 recorded on 8 February, broadcast April. Number not drawn, so minimal exposure.

Also, Joker In The Pack (1991) with Marti Caine. Telling gags as part of a team. All my jokes were voted hits by the studio audience.

Previously, appeared on Simply Money TV with Angela Rippon and with Brian Hayes on Radio 5 Live. Both as "financial expert" and broadcast live.
