Margie T Pro

Victoria, Australia

Model, Actor, Musician, Dancer

I love being photographed as a portrait or fashion model, acting, dancing, as well as singing. I thank StarNow for making me realized that dreams can come true, I have done acting for short & feature films, music video, advertising, brochure, commercial, dancing, photoshoots, voice over & video/website production. I would love doing much more, such as catalogue model, backing vocal/pop singer, a host, hair model, and catwalk. I like challenging myself doing the best I could for what I love, because from experiences, I can learn to improve myself. I am 41 years old, married with one daughter. I believe there is no such a thing as age boundary, I believe in myself, I always put myself for challenge out there no matter how difficult it would be, I do my works professionally & I am proud to what I've achieved so far. All of that would not happen without the support from my family. I am so grateful. Thank you.

Modeling

Modeling experience:Beginner, starting out
No experience on catwalk as I am only 152cm tall, but I would love to do it one day when there is an opportunity. Moreover, I could say myself is photogenic when it comes to create photo styles and characters in front of the camera as I love being photographed. My favorite styles will be portrait, casual, characters, fashion, business/office, sport. I would love to try classical 1920's make over style and wedding shoot, and no posing nude as it is outside my comfort zone. I have done photo shoots twice already for LifeWorks website marketing and brochure. My interest will be a model of advertising/billboard, brochures, classic 1920's-1950's, catalogues, commercials, cosmetics, events, hair/make up for portrait shoot, bridal, magazine, music video, promotion, tourism advertisement, and website. Cheers.

Singing styles

Pop

Favorite genres

PopHip-hop
I love singing pop, ballad, love, easy listening songs, and doing karaoke. I used to play music instruments as part of my hobbies. When I was at school ages, I took piano, keyboard, and even drum lessons, because I used to perform in a band when I did my music lessons for almost 10 years. I played keyboard and piano when we had concerts, which was once a year. It was so much fun and I learned lots, from becoming more confidence every time I was on stage. I love entertaining people and though my voice is not even close to Whitney Houston, but I would love to try out my vocal ability when opportunity comes.

Dancing

Dancing ability:Beginner

Dance styles

I learned Ballet when I was about 7 or 8 years old, but not long as I had difficulties with standing up straight on the toes. So, I tried other dance styles by joining one of the famous dancing school in my town and learned modern dance, I guess it's like jazz and hip hop they called it now. I love it and I guess those are my favorites. I didn't get a chance to keep dancing as I was more to concentrate onto my studies. I like dancing so much that I realized it is part of my life. Now dancing is like a hobby for me, I do as many classes as possible, such as Zumba, Body Jam, and a new dancing in town called Sh'bam. I would say, in terms of styles, I am leaning toward disco, jazz, hiphop, and contemporary, but I would love to do bollywood or belly dance if I get a chance, and for the events, I love performing on stage, flashmob, or dancing for music video. Love every minutes of dancing!!

Magazine

I have no magazine experience, but I would like to try if I have given the opportunity, maybe as a model or a person with story to tell, as well as to get involved of anything that can be put on magazines.

  • Margie I felt so lucky to be part of this Flash Mob. I can see me dancing there, my position is on the left side, at the back wearing yellow fitness outfit with the hat. My role here is as a tourist who suddenly joined in because of my passion for dancing and great fitness. Love it!

  • Margie I played as an extra for the role of a mother was worried about her daughter. The scene was taken in the petrol station where I paid my petrol and had conversation with the man behind the cash register, then I walked back to the car, and that was the moment my daughter said "sorry", and as a mother I was relieved she was okay.
