Points of Interest: I am a singer and writer of what someone once descibed as "the sadest song ever written" .. I am a survivor of testicular cancer. I can lick the end of my own nose and cheer myself up with the fact that I am only ever 3-4 days away from winning the lottery.I live in the most lovely city in the world - Birmingham ... sorry, meant to say the most UGLY city in the world. I have performed my own songs and covers live for festrivals, charity, parties and weddings and wiork as a recruitment consultant in the hospitality industry finding budding Gordons, Hestons and Ainslee's for restaurants and hotels.I only started playing at 38 and feel that music is not just the preserve of the young, hiowever, if I was young i'm sure that i'd say that it certainly was and that all the old gits should just " f.. f.. fade away" .. "Smile" by Charlie Chaplin is my favourite song and "If" by Rudyard Kipling my favourite poem. I was once a "race for life" marshall in Stafford.
