PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE

• TRUMPET
A classically trained Trumpet Player who recently attained Distinction for her Masters Performance Recital. Has been an active member of various Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, Wind Orchestras, Brass Ensembles, Show Bands, and Big Bands throughout the UK and has worked with eminent conductors, such as Jason Lai, Rob Howarth (Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment), Jason Thornton, Matthew George and James Gourley. Has participated in masterclasses with Paul Archibald, Paul Beniston and Scottish Chamber Orchestra and won first place in various music festivals, including the National Concert Band Festival (as both Principle Trumpet Player and Band Representative).

• PIANO/KEYBOARD
A classically trained Pianist who has given various solo piano recitals throughout the UK. Was selected to perform the work of Harrison Birtwistle in the Bath International Music Festival alongside pianist Joanna MacGregor with the composer present (for Birtwistle's 75th Birthday) and has won first place as a soloist in various music festivals (such as the Aberdeen and North East of Scotland Music Festival). A skilled and sensitive piano accompanist who has provided accompaniments for various choirs, singers and instrumentalist (for concerts, ABRSM examinations and auditions), drama companies, and ballet workshops. Also an experienced show band player who has played both piano and keyboard for numerous musical productions throughout the UK.
