Hello! I'm Olivia, I'm 19 years old and from York. I completed my A- Levels at Fulford School, York (August 2011) and now study Drama at The University of Manchester. I have attended Kirkham Henry Performing Arts school since the age of 11, recently graduating in July 2012. Here, I trained in singing, acting, jazz and ballet. I am looking to gain valuable experience and work within the industry in the future.

My stage debut came at the age of nine at the Joseph Rowntree Theatre, York, playing Jill in the 2002 Christmas Pantomime, Jack and Jill. Following this, I was cast in the 2003 Rowntree Theatre Christmas pantomime, Dick Whittington, as Tommy the cat.

In October 2004, I returned to the stage in the much acclaimed Rowntree Theatre production of the musical 'Spend, Spend, Spend'. I was cast as Vivian Nicholson’s young daughter. This was followed by the (2004) Pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.

In December 2008, I performed in the pantomime Aladdin with Rowntree Players once more where I played a principle role of So-Shy. The following year, I performed as principal boy in Sleeping Beauty, at the Rowntree Theatre, York. During my A-Levels, I performed in the play 'Antigone' and played Liz Morden in 'Our Country's Good'.

In Novmber 2011, I played Harry, the principal boy, in a professional touring pantomime; 'Puss in Boot's. Following this, I played Viola in Shakespare's 'Twelfth Night'.

I was invited to join the Shipton Theatre Company (S.T.C) early in January 2004 for a musical concert ‘Bring on Tomorrow’. Here I made my solo- singing debut, aged ten, singing ‘Somewhere that’s Green’. This performance was closely followed by another solo in the S.T.C production of ‘Pippin’, also staged at York’s Rowntree Theatre.

In January 2005, I returned to York’s Rowntree Theatre with S.T.C. (now York Stage Musicals) in ‘I love music’ where I sang a solo version of Michael Jackson’s ‘Ben’. Following this performance, I was invited to sing an advertising jingle for a holiday firm by a professional production company.

In June 2005, I was invited to be a chorus member in the professional touring production of ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ at the Grand Opera House, York. Back to the Opera House in September 2005, I appeared as a duckling, in the hugely successful
(YSM) production of Honk. In January 2006, I returned to the Rowntree Theatre in the YSM production of ‘A Night of a Thousand Stars’. I sang several solos and duets from ‘Seussical the Musical’.
I was cast as 'Young Eponine' to appear with the Northern Theatre Company’s production of ‘Les Miserable’ in 2007, showing at the Grand Opera House, York. In March 2008, I joined ‘Ryedale Youth Theatre’ where I did the show ‘Copacabana’.

April 2008, I was in a concert in York, 'Saturday Night, Sunday Morning', where I sang solos and duets. This lead on to my performance in the show Tommy which was staged at the Grand Opera House, York in the September.

Throughout my GCSE’s exam year, I continued to perform in concerts, singing ‘On my Own’ and ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ from the musical, Les Miserable.

I performed in a 'Steven Sondheim' concert
in October 2010 at Joseph Rowntree Theatre, and played 'Mushnik' in Little Shop of Horrors' in February 2011. I am currently learning to play the piano.

In July 2012, I performed in a concert where I sang as a soloist and in duets at the Grand Opera House, York.
