I performed as comedian/panelist during the rehearsals of two previous series of BBC2's 'Mock The Week' (2009-2010) and contributed to the rehearsal for the 2010 series of the BBC's 'Shooting Stars'.

I regularly performed material on Rob Brydon's radio show on BBC Wales and performed my own comedy sketch show in professional commercial radio for 5 years.

I've performed stand-up for a number of years, including performances on the former Sky channel, Red TV.

In addition, I have professional tv & radio presenting (commercial & BBC) and voice-over experience.

I am a former professional portrait, model and landscape photographer.

I was a leading participant on the ITV1 Wales reality tv show 'Presenters' and coined the catchphrase of the series.
