I am looking for extra work. I have been in a few small amateur plays - many years ago now..I have also been in a music video, and films made in college for a students coursework.

I am willing to do whatever I have to do as I find it extremely interesting and I want to succeed in all that I do.

I have played guitar for 8 years. Up to grade 7 standard in performance, although my music reading skills are around grade 5 standard.
I am the primary songwriter of the band Last Regards, and a contributing songwriter to the band Caves. Both of which operate out of Liverpool.
I have been playing live music in band and solo projects for 6 years and have good knowledge of studio and concert set up and conditions. I can play the guitar, bass and mandolin, I also have understanding of keyboard, harmonica and percussion.

Last Regards (Alt/Rock) released their debut EP 'Forever Endeavour' in 2010 and their debut album 'Home Truths' (released through 46 Records and Sugar House Music) is due for release on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and other media outlets in 2013.

Caves (Indie/Rock) are a bright, new up and coming band based in Liverpool who take their influences from Two Door Cinema Club, Foals and The Strokes. Their debut ep is due for release mid 2013.

I attended Leeds Metropolitan University from 2009-2011 studying Music Technology. I am currently a student at Liverpool SAE Institute, studying Audio Engineering. - where i am surrounded by music, and taught man aspects of music with and active use and understanding of many instruments.

At Liverpool Sound City Festival in 2012 I was a volunteer member of the stage crew at the Liverpool O2 Academy and Liverpool Echo Arena. My roles included the loading in of artists and their equipment, helping the sound engineer arrange gear and ensuring that the gig ran smoothly, catering for the acts' needs too when necessary.

Being a student of Audio Engineering, I have developed a decent understanding if the necessary techniques and operation of microphones and other equipment found in the live environment.
Having performed in the local music scene for 6 years, I have developed a great understanding of live venue set up and all it's elements. Preferably I would prefer an assistant/ front of house sound position for me to further develop my understanding, and gain more experience in the area.
