Rhonda Yvette Dula, Ph.D. Inducted into Cambridge Who’s Who Executive, Professional Registry
Dr. Dula has 40 years of professional experience that includes seven years at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an U.S. Diplomat. She began her career in military serving 25 years of honorable service, serving in England, Spain, Italy as well as Southeast Asia and went on to serve the United States Customs Service, Department of Treasury as a US Treasury Federal Law Enforcement Officer.
Dr. Dula is ther founding President of CAN - "Children's Angel Network" International and is a lifetime member of Blacks in Government and the National Association for Female Executives. Now retired, she hopes to mentor young people and adults in professional development and people management skills, continue efforts in behalf CAN.
Her adventures begin when funding was not available to save high-risk children endangered in the "Sex Tourism" industry, while assigned as an U.S. Diplomat an in Asia. She formulated CAN - Children's Angel Network to save children in "Forced Child Labor." The "Network" begins at the U.S. American Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Dula established the BHDC - Black History Diversity Committee to teach and educate young people throughout Thailand about community diversity responsibilities regarding the International "Forced Child Labor" law. The "Committee" consisted of American and Thai employees working at the U.S. Embassy working together helping to rescue high risk children and placing them in a save and healthy environment through fundraising efforts.
Today the challenges still continues to be Dr. Dula's fight to save high risk youth everywhere through the fundraising efforts of the Children's Angel Network - CAN, keeping the dream alive lending a hand when it's needed the most.
