Started as Rhythm Guitarist backing up other coffee house singers, but soon began to receive invitations to become a lead singer in duos and cover bands, in the '80's. In 1989, I began working with an original band in Ottawa.

Earlier, spending a year away from an engineering degree, I followed "L'Annee Preparatoire en Musique" at the U of Moncton. Choir participation was mandatory - we toured with the Atlantic Symphony Orchestra performing Gabriel Faure's "Requiem" in 4 cities.

My musical career continued after I graduated from UNB; wherever work took me (Australia, USA, and across Canada), I joined original and cover bands. I acquired gear for both studio and live reinforcement.
