| My family come from generations of actors and singers for TV stage and film and my earliest memories include watching my father on TV and watching 8mil' reels of my mother dancing in cabarets or acting in Shakespeare plays.
I was nudged into film by a talented woman, just to taste the industry and with the exposure through TV and Workshops I have continuously explored other avenues. I have done everything from lead vocals for a band to stage entertainment but film is my first love.I listen and learn from the proffesionals and use every experience to build and grow my capabilities. I dream of getting a break in England and by doing this I can influence my children to carry on the family tradition of "makin'em laugh and cry" | |

I started out as an extra in 1985 and since then moved from strength to strength completing a number of workshops and successfully auditioning for featured parts filmed in Africa. I have appeared in films featuring Sharon Stone, James Earl Jones, Richard Chamberlain, Denzel Washington, Daniel Craig and a number of well known actors from Zimbabwe and Europe. In the early 90's I trained into stuntwork, and enjoyed success in Cry Freedom, Power of One, Kongo, (Belguim TV series)and High Explosive, performing stunts which varied from fight sequences to crashing cars, bikes and on one occasion a plane. One of my more memorable moments would be fighting a mechanised crocodile for the National Geographic channel. Following on from these successes I played the lead in a Zimbabwean/South African TV series as the local mob boss working with top Zimbabwean actors including Simon Shumba and Amina Patel.

Before moving to England I worked extensively on Zimbabwean Television as presenter and hosted chat shows interviewing musicians and well known personalities. As a television personality in Zimbabwe, I regularly compered high profile South African fashion shows and cabarets, (I had the pleasure of singing with Rosella Millar in a cabaret in Zimabawe in the 80's). In addition I have also done voice-overs for international and local documentaries, and for radio and TV advertisements, including narration and character rolls both in Africa and more recently in London.
