Although trained as an classical singer (Mezzo-Soprano) during my music degree at Goldsmiths College I have the ability to sing music of all genres. For almost two years I have been singing lead vocals with a function band currently working under the name 'The Bristols' covering a variety of popular/rock songs spanning the last 6 decades. I am an accomplished singer with a particular interest in jazz, musicals, ballads, pop songs, rock and country music. For the past 5 years I have also been teaching singing and piano and have coached pupils through the ABRSM grades with 100% success rate (the majority of my pupils obtained merit or above). In the past I have performed in operas, musicals and at a number of private events such as Weddings/Birthdays/Funerals with paid work at Schools/Pubs. Until now I have only sung in my spare time but am keen to forge a career in the music industry. My main interests would be singing in hotels, on cruise ships or with rock/jazz/big bands.
