Biography:

Sherlana was born in New Amsterdam, Guyana and immigrated to Canada at a young age. She is a Singer, Songwriter and Actress and began exploring her musical gift at the age of 12. Born and raised into a musical family, she toured with her Father a well known Canadian Reggae Singer.
She is no stranger to the entertainment industry, and has shared the stage with several well-known international artists including: the Mighty Sparrow, Calypso Rose, Rupee, Bunji Garlin, Shurwayne Winchester and Machel Montano also Reggae artists like Beenie man, Morgan Heritage, Everton Blender and Elephant Man.
Touring in Canada, Europe and the United States, she performed alongside her father at the World Reggae Music Awards in Atlanta and has made appearances in several Caribbean countries.
She is now ready to take the world by storm with her first single Hooked which she wrote and performed the vocals. Hooked was produced by Jeff Eden (producer on the soundtrack for the Movie "Red" starring Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman). Since releasing Hooked, Sherlana has garnered international buzz in Europe, the U.S., Canada and hopes to captivate the world with her voice in a song that this generation can relate to and she is at the point in her career where she is ready to share her talent with the world.
Sherlana has already been featured in G3 Magazine, Volume 3 Issue 4 and Hooked has been featured on ``The Indie Top 50 Vo.56`` Coast2Coast mixtape hosted by DJ RPM, and ``Hip Hop Sound of the Underground 2011``compilation to be released end of year by DavidDance.net.
