Although I have done 'tasteful' glamour shoots which include page3 and mobile downloads, I am now only prepared to do selected glamour, ie: Maxim, Fhm and more reputable work of this kind. Other than this I am going more into commercial modelling, TV and presenting.

Television experience
I hope to leave modeling and go into TV full time. In the years of growing up, my image & attitude has changed tremendously resulting in a change of attitude towards my career. I have just finished filming my own reality TV show for Sky which shows me in my true light, the loving, fun, friendly Sophia. From this I went on to present a series about modern day beauty for Sky this year. I have co-stared with Caprice in a British version of American Pie and acted in a numerous number of adverts. As Miss Wales, I was always asked to appear on many talk shows and Breakfast shows as a guest.

Presenting experience
I have a wide & varied amount of experience in hosting & presenting. I have hosted/compared a Miss England pageant live to an audience in its hundreds, co-hosted an out side broadcast live for Channel 4's Big Breakfast and presented a series about modern day beauty for Sky TV. I am very keen & have a fantastic eye for fashion. This year I presented Cardiff Fashion Week hosting live on stage as well as interviewing the models and designers back stage for a live transmission. My experience ranges from live to recorded shows, underwater filming, live on stage shows, competitions, pageants, fashion shows, televised games shows and reality TV.

Magazine experience
Due to my work and background as a former beauty queen and Miss World contestant representing Wales I have done many interviews stories on things such as my life experiences i.e bullying, the beauty industry, Miss World etc. for papers and mags.I currently have my own column called Sophia's World in a Welsh paper where I write about general issues in the world and what I am doing that particular week, celebrity parties or photo shoots etc. I try to appeal to a variety of age groups and gender covering light hearted topics, serious topics, events and news, always bringing humour into it as this is my signature writing.
