If I do not end up in the music world than all my dreams will be completely destroyed. It is the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning and the last thing I think about at night. I even find myself up at 2 o clock in the morning writing a song because I can't sleep as I have melodies and lyrics floating around in my head. I believe I have a fire inside of me to not only sing songs, but to create music.
I use a compressor Mic, Garageband etc. I have been recording demos up to a very high standard since 2008. If I am ever working on any projects, then the producers will get me to record my vocals at home because they are excellent quality and it saves time. I also play a little bit of piano. and able to produce and write and compose my own music.
I am working on a few international projects at the moment for my own brand TAISA and have been doing the vocals at home, sending them to the producers in AIFF format etc. I use an SEelectronics (2200a) mic, which one of the producers used to record Amy Winehouse's voice, so I have been told there are no problems with the mic for sound quality.
I have a really good range, reaching around a Csharp in chest voice, a high C in head voice and a low C. I can sing straight or with vibrato (whatever is needed of me for the project). I have a good ear for harmonies, which I enjoy doing as I think they can really make a song, able to adlib and sing many different genres such as pop, rnb, soul, country etc.
I was trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School (Rita Ora, Vanessa- The Saturdays, Nathan Sykes- The Wanted, Vince Kidd, Emma Bunton) after winning a singing scholarship, from the age of 12 until I was 15yrs old; from that training, I have a lot of technique, used to singing under pressure and learning songs and harmonies quickly. I have done numerous session and songwriting projects with The Schizofreniks (Leona Lewis, Tinie Tempah, Tinchy Stryder, Street Dance 3), Nick Patrick (Catherine Jenkins, Russel Watson), Mike Moran (Queen, Dionne Warwick, Dusty Springfield), Bassline Cafe, Ian Barter (Amy Winehouse, Paloma Faith), Chris Eaton (Cliff Richard) and some in the music industry I am not allowed to name. (The ones I am not allowed to name have sold 80, million singles/albums between them and worked with people like Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Boys2Men and Sting).
I am dedicated, professional and passionate to be a part of the music industry. I am willing to go above and beyond, do an excellent job and try my very hardest to impress and be noticed. I would love to secure a publishing deal so I could write for other artists as well as for myself. I have been lucky enough to work with some world renowned musicans but unfortunately nothing big has happened for me yet. I will continue to strive for my goals and through my ambition and drive, I someday hope to achieve success in music. Professional backing vocalist 2006-present

Attending Sylvia Young and mixing with amazing musicians throughout my life, I have been given brilliant experience with performing. Music is my life, there is no doubt about it. I was meant to be a part of music and until that day comes when somebody gives me the chance I will forever be dying a little more each day inside.
