Acting experience
For the past two years Zoe has been working with ‘The Show Providers’ Production company based in Bristol, touring in a variety of shows performed in theatres and holiday centre’s, most recently finished a 3 month summer tour of ‘Route 66’ playing female lead in show covering a variety of American music and artists, requiring vocal stamina and versatility, acting for comedy sketches and high energy dance routines for a two hour show. Other shows included,’Chartbusters’,’Flashback’,’Superstars of Country’ and ‘Musik Express’.
From March 02 to Dec 05 , Zoë toured with ‘Rockman Music’ and ‘International Artists’ productions as The Female lead actress /vocalist in two different theatre shows, playing a massive diary of dates at theatres and arenas across the UK and in Europe. Such as Manchester MEN arena,
Sheffield Hallam Arena and The London Palladium.
In the show ‘VAMPIRES ROCK’, Zoë played the lead role of ‘Pandora’ a geeky, girlie New Yorker, who turns into an immortal rock chick. A real fun role, which required lots of vocal stamina, and comedic ability.
The other show being ‘The Meatloaf Story’, in which Zoë did various vocal impersonations of all the artists that have worked with either Meatloaf or Jim Steinman throughout their careers, these included Bonnie Tyler, Cher, Ellen Foley, Celine Dion and others.
Zoë also did her impersonation of Bonnie Tyler for ITV on ‘Stars in their Eyes’, with Cat Deeley, in February 2005, which she holds as a truly great experience.
Other work includes working with several large bands covering a variety of music and era’s, also being a singer/songwriter in her own right, working with songwriters form Sony UK and doing the odd spot of session singing.
TV work has included, Brainiac (Sky ONE),Hotel Babylon (BBC),Stars in Their Eyes,(Granada)
Doctors(BBC), Peak Practice (Carlton), Merseybeat(ITV), Dalziel and Pascoe (ITV) to name but a few.
