Rhonda Yvette Dula, Ph.D. Inducted into Who’s Who Professional Registry

Dr. Dula has professional experience that includes, as a founding member of U.S. Department of Homeland Security - (DHS) and DHS U.S. Diplomat. She began her career in military serving honorable service, serving NATO in the UK, Spain, Italy as well as Southeast Asia and went on to serve the in the United States Customs Service, Department of Treasury as a US Treasury Federal Law Enforcement Officer.

Dr. Dula is the founding President of CAN - "Children's Angel Network" International and is a lifetime member of Blacks in Government and the National Association for Female Executives. Now retired, she hopes to mentor young people and adults in professional development and personal management skills, continues her efforts in behalf CAN. She also formulated a U.S. American Embassy Speaker's Bureau and Cultural Education Program which are both now very active at U.S. American Embassies worldwide. Dr. Dula, is also the founding Youth President of the Orange County, California Chapter of the NAACP.

Her adventures begin when funding was not available to save high-risk children endangered in the "Sex Tourism" industry, while assigned as an U.S. Diplomat an in Asia. She formulated CAN - Children's Angel Network to save children in "Forced Child Labor." The "Network" begins at the U.S. American Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Dula established, a Diversity Committee to teach and educate people throughout Thailand about community diversity responsibilities regarding the International "Forced Child Labor" law. The "Committee" consisted of American and Foreign Service National employees working at the U.S. American Embassy and other NATO Embassies working together helping to rescue high risk children and placing them in a save and healthy environment through fundraising efforts.

Today the challenges still continues to be Dr. Dula's fight to save high risk youth everywhere through the fundraising efforts of the Children's Angel Network - CAN, keeping the dream alive lending a hand when it's needed the most.
