I have been working as an edit assistant for the BBC for two years and a couple of months.
For the first year I was an apprentice for a 12 month contract. Upon finishing I was granted a two month contract to keep doing the job!
Since then I have been asked to come back A LOT.
I am able to collect rushes and import them into the editing system. I am very confident in my editing skills as I’ve had to produce many edits such as promo work for a TV show!
