I have been dedicated to the martial arts for 29 years. I hold a 4th degree Black belt in Taekwondo and other martial arts. I have just gained a black sash in the Wing Chun Kung fu system. I am fairly active and climb mountains, road cycle, mountain bike and ride a motorbike on and off track. I am also an experienced survival instructor, living out in the wild from time to time. I also teach outdoor Bootcamp fitness to groups of up to 40. I'm fairly fit and active and used to pressurised situations.
