With a strong understanding of classical ballet technique and artistry yourself, you will be able to share your knowledge and passion with students in a developmentally appropriate setting. You will be an open-minded and forward thinking individual, who enjoys nurturing and cultivating the children in their care.
As a teacher for our after-school programs, you will need a willingness to learn our Vaganova based training and syllabus program of the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet. A knowledge of the Vaganova method is advantageous. Teachers must have the ability to create and conduct open classes to complement the students' training and be willing to prepare students for examinations.
In addition, we are seeking Classical Ballet teachers for our extension program.
Passing on your professional expertise to students with a natural aptitude in dance, you will develop our dedicated dancers, creating and conducting open classes to complement and extend the students' training.
