Thanks to our combined 50 years of industry experience, we know how time consuming it can be finding authentic and interesting talent. Therefore we set out to deliver a new type of agency, one that looks to bridge the gap between casting and traditional representation; discovering and delivering talent to the industry, continuously. We scout right across the UK, to find distinctive actors that we feel Casting Directors would like to meet. Once discovered, we represent our talent exclusively for work across all mediums.
Another area of expertise at Hero, is the careful development of young careers. We act as mentors, as well as agents, to the talent we represent. Hero offers an extensive development programme that facilitates creative as well as commercial projects and allows our talent to keep learning in a professional and nurturing environment.
We aim to help any talented performer succeed, regardless of their background. We constantly review our roster, to make sure it in inclusive and representative of the UK population as a whole.
