She’ll cover the skills needed to work on children’s tv, where and how to get work and some of the common mistakes Presenters make when trying to break into children’s tv.

Helen Sheppard is a BAFTA & 3 RTS winning Director & Producer. She's been BAFTA nominated seven times and recently won a BAFTA for CBeebies' Get Well Soon Hospital which she was the producer of and Dr Ranj was the presenter.

Helen has been working in the TV Industry for almost 30 years and has directed programs including Justins House, Something Special, Gigglebiz, Swashbuckle, Jessy and Nessy & Art Attack. She’s worked with big channels including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Netflix.
