The video tells the Story of Boo, a girl that goes through her day experiencing a whole range of emotions. This video aims to help children with identifying their emotions and the physical cues our body sends when we feel them.

Boo and her classmates are participating in a running race. They are about to start. On your marks, get set… Her heart thumps hard, her palms are sweaty and her legs a bit shaky. She is feeling nervous. Go!
Boo runs as fast as lightning. She is ahead of the others and is about to win when… crash! She trips over a stone, tumbling to the ground as her classmates run past her. On the floor, her knees hurt and her whole body is getting hot. Boo’s face turns red and tears well in her eyes. She feels embarrassed.
Her teacher and classmates help her stand up. Boo has lost the race and her pants have a big tear. Mum is going to be so upset! She has a lump in her throat and tears run down her checks. Boo feels sad.
