A high school girl is torn between leaving or starting a job. The lure of money and freedom is tempting. Her freedom and capacity to be independent tempts her to drop out and leave home. Things are not as good as she expected and finds she is struggling. This film will be a pitch to a Australia wide school education project. Many short scenes are put together in a collage of story pictures and are not all with speaking parts. narrator spoken and edited to give impressions of the timelessness of this predicament. Although no acting experience is needed it is important that the actor would have some skills in being filmed or performance. Any level of skill in music is also welcomed as the character plays guitar and sings in some scenes but this is not a prerequisite. This character is not a happy little camper and requires some real or method acting or life experience. there are passionate disturbing themes and emotions that require the actor to delve into personal or empathetic situations that need to be explored and workshop with acting coach. Distressing a difficult scenes. bullying and torment , loneliness and despair. no scenes of actual abuse but there are scenes that require screaming and crying. the end is a happy one and there is a celebration .
