Ennio Morricone Style Composer Required for Indie Fantasy Feature Film

New South Wales, Australia. Apply worldwide.
Listed by View details

Ennio Morricone (European cinematic 70's style) inspired music (4 tracks in total) is required for the Australian produced Sword and Sorcery feature film Quest for Steel.

Quest for steel is a 2 hour and 20 minute film (Trailer and images can be viewed on my website) which is wrapping up its 2 year production and requires 4 tracks including the theme/opening credit sequence.

The right applicant must be able to provide links to examples of their work.

Links to the footage with temp tracks will be provided to the appropriate applicant but whether it is eventually used in the film will be subject to my approval.

Audition / Rehearsal / Production dates

Work on the tracks would need to be immediate as the deadline for this film is approaching.

Job payment

Unpaid – this is a collaboration opportunity

Collaborations should create mutual benefit and are usually amateur, student or 'Time for Print' projects.

To all those who have expressed interest in this project, thank you very much for doing so. There is such a high level of skill out there, so decisions like this are always tough. My apologies if I have not been able to correspond with you directly there has been too many applicants and too little time on my behalf  to commit to this task.
I was inundated with choices early on, so work on some of the music has commenced. Nonetheless, it is great to have such applications on file as situations might change and other projects requiring score may arise.
Kind regards and thank you
